- Bills QB Josh Allen Over 260.5 Passing Yards (-115): Allen lit up the Rams’ vaunted defense for 297 passing yards in Week 1 and now faces a unit that allowed the 8th-most passing yards in 2021. Allen has tons of targets with or without Gabe Davis (questionable).
- Bills RB Devin Singletary Over 45.5 Rushing Yards (-115): The Titans let Saquon Barkley romp for 164 in Week 1.
- Vikings WR Justin Jefferson Anytime TD (-105): He scored twice in the season-opening beatdown of the Packers, and Philly let half the Lions’ roster reach the endzone in Week 1.
- Eagles RB Miles Sanders Over 55.5 Rushing Yards (-115): His 96 rushing yards in Week 1 bumped his career average to 61.8.
