Another popular player prop is the under for Mahomes passing yards. After starting off at 300.5, it’s come all the way down to 285.5. The under has racked up 58.8% of the tickets and 85.4% of the handle among all bets on Mahomes’ passing yards prop.

Remember when Brock Purdy was a +600 NFL MVP co-favorite in October? The 49ers QB saw his MVP odds balloon 🎈 up to +4000 earlier this month after San Francisco’s three-game skid. Purdy, however, is back in the MVP mix at +1400 after two consecutive games with three touchdown passes and no picks.

ASK THE TRADER: Purdy is an interesting name in this MVP race. It seems that Kyle Shanahan gets the credit over Purdy due to SF’s offensive system and people are quick to blame Purdy when things go poorly. With the other MVP frontrunners, I don’t think we’d see these drastic shifts because the market sees Purdy as having a much lower floor. I still think Purdy is undervalued given that he’s been the NFL’s most efficient passer this season and he’s on one of the top teams. If the 49ers finish as the top seed in the NFC, Purdy has a very legitimate MVP case.
