PERUSING THE PLAYERS
???? Bryce Young was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, but he’s not No. 1 for Offensive Rookie of the Year odds or action. The former Alabama ???? signal-caller has the second-lowest odds at +400 after he was first positioned at +450. He’s also second in handle at 22.3%, despite ranking fifth in tickets at 8.3%. Young is only behind fellow NFC South rookie Bijan Robinson (35.7%) in OROY handle.
???? Only Dan Campbell (+1200) and Sean Payton (+1200) had lower opening Coach of the Year odds than Frank Reich (+1500). The first-year Panthers head coach, however, has seen his price drift all the way up to +2500 (T-12th) for the award. A key reason why? There are 19 coaches that have drawn more handle for COY than Reich ????.
EXPERT PICKS
Paige Spiranac is going back to the well with a familiar name to come out on top. Ariel Epstein has two overs that she's backing, with a team total and player prop.
THE FORMER PRO
FedEx St. Jude Championship: Tyrrell Hatton to Win (+2200)
“Hatton has been playing quite well, and this course sets up perfectly for him. You have to drive it straight, be great with your mid-to-short irons and strong with your putter. Hatton is a plus with all three.”
THE PROP QUEEN
Tigers SP Alex Faedo Over 4.5 K’s (-150) [6:40 p.m. ET]
“The Twins have the MLB’s highest K-rate versus righties, as nine of the last 10 righty starters have gone over 4.5 K’s facing them. Against Faedo’s pitch mix, Minnesota has a 29.6 K%, which also leads baseball.”
Red Sox Team Total Over 5.5 Runs (-130) [7:10 p.m. ET]
“Royals SP Jordan Lyles has a 7.56 road ERA, and opposing teams in his road outings score 6.3 runs per game. The Red Sox are fifth in runs per game at home, and it helps that the wind will be blowing out.”
PointsBet is offering BOOSTED ODDS for OUTRIGHT WINNER on the top 20 golfers to win the FedEx St. Jude Championship, which tees off tomorrow morning. Make sure to take advantage during our Daily Power ???? Hour, starting at 6 p.m. ET.

It’s an absolutely loaded field at TPC Southwind for the first leg of the three-part FedEx Cup playoffs. But the current leader in tickets and handle to win the FedEx St. Jude Championship may be a surprise ???? to many: Sam Burns (6.0% tickets, 9.1% handle).
Burns opened at +4000 to take home this event, and is currently down to +3500. So why are many bettors gravitating toward this longshot? We asked strategy and trading analyst Jake Fisher to put on his detective ????️♂️ hat.
FISHER: “I think there are a few reasons why Burns is such a popular bet this week. TPC Southwind features Bermuda greens, where four of Burns’ five PGA Tour victories have come on. He finished runner-up at TPC Southwind two years ago after losing in the St. Jude Invitational playoff to Abraham Ancer. Burns is also fighting ???? for a Ryder Cup spot, as he’s now 13th in the standings and could use a strong performance this week to cement his status on the team. With four guaranteed rounds this week given the smaller 70-man field, Burns has the form and course history to be considered a bargain at +3500.”
Zack is so sharp on Futures/prop betting, he is feared by nearly every major sportsbook. We hired him to arm clients with the knowledge ???? they crave. Follow him on Twitter @zackonomics.
Matt Fitzpatrick — Top 10 (+330) @ FedEx St. Jude Championship
“TPC Southwind’s extremely narrow fairways and tiny greens bring water into play on 11 different holes. His accurate ???? ball-striking has resulted in three top-6 finishes in four career attempts there.”
