THE MAIN EVENT

Vikings (+3.5) @ Packers

PointsBet Data and Insights

KICKOFF: 4:25 p.m. ET

KEY FACTS: Green Bay (7-8) has won three in a row and needs a flawless finish to remain in the playoff hunt. Minnesota (12-3) is vying for the top record in the NFC. The Vikings dominated their rival 23-7 in the season opener, so Green Bay will look to return the favor at Lambeau Field.

TRENDING: The Vikings have piled up both wins and skeptics  because of their 6-8-1 ATS record. The Pack have covered nine of the last 13 on the frozen tundra.

EXPERT PICKS

PointsBet studio host Ryan Leaf and NBC lead betting analyst Jay Croucher offer their Sunday best and MNF picks.

THE BIG NAME

Under 35 in Steelers-Ravens (-110)
"The last four in the matchup have gone Under. Make it five."
Bengals +1 vs. Bills (-110)
"Joe Burrow and Cincy are the AFC's giant killers. By winning Monday, the Bengals will hand Kansas City the No. 1 seed."

THE BRAIN

Saints +5.5 vs. Eagles (-110)
"Philly is banged up across the board, and the Saints' defense has emerged as elite."
Bengals Moneyline (+100) vs. Bills
"Josh Allen is magnificent, but he continues to make 2-3 inexplicable decisions per game. Cincy's defense will capitalize."

BOWLING US OVER

IF I HAD $100 FREE BETS …

We demand sunny skies for Monday's Rose Bowl Game. (AP Photo)

What could be better than Monday Night Football? Monday Day Football:

[$30] ReliaQuest Bowl, 12 PM ET. (Mississippi State -2.5 vs. Illinois): The inspired Bulldogs will play for the memory of Mike Leach.

[$40] Cotton Bowl, 1 PM ET. (USC-Tulane Over 63.5 Points): The Over is 6-1 in Tulane’s last seven. And did you see the Trojans’ form tackling against Utah?

[$30] Rose Bowl, 5 PM ET. (Penn State-Utah Over 53 Points): It’s a suspiciously low total considering the offensive skill and presumably perfect conditions.

CAN GENO COME BACK TO THE TOP?

POWER️‍♂️ RANKINGS

Short of passing for a TD, Saquon Barkley has done just about everything for the 8-6-1 Giants. (AP Photo)

There’s no clear criteria for the NFL’s Comeback Player of the Year Award, won last year by Joe Burrow. Here are the PointsBet favorites with two weeks to go:

  • Saquon Barkley (+140): Can New York’s workhorse RB lead the G-Men to the playoffs?
  • Geno Smith (+180): From Jets bust to Seahawks standout (70.7 completion percentage), Smith was favored until Seattle’s slide.
  • Christian McCaffrey (+275): CMC has given the Niners a huge lift (eight straight wins) following two injury-plagued seasons.
  • Jared Goff (+750): Goff has led the Lions to playoff contention, rediscovering his Pro Bowl form with the Rams.

TAKE FROM OUR TRADER: “We think this is Saquon’s to lose. The vibe around Geno has very much died down, while Saquon is back to being an elite back. McCaffrey is probably more of a default winner if Geno and Saquon limp their way through the last couple of games. Goff probably needs some standout performances in wins.”

HORNED FROGS ARE DOGS

EARLY LOOK

TCU's Quentin Johnston had 163 receiving yards in his team's 51-45 thumping of Michigan. (AP Photo)

PointsBet has installed Georgia as a 13.5-point favorite over TCU in the Jan. 9 national championship game. The total is 62.5. Don’t be shocked if that rises, given that Saturday’s epic semifinals yielded totals of 96 and 83.

Georgia was +375 to win the natty before the season. TCU was a remarkable +15000 (150/1). The Tennessee Titans have the same current odds to win the Super Bowl!
