EXPERT PICKS

There's a 9-game MLB slate coming up, and Ariel Epstein and Daniel Parisi have us covered with their best bets.

THE PROP QUEEN

Diamondbacks Over 2.5 Runs (+150) in First 3 Innings [8:40 p.m. ET]
“Rockies starter Chris Flexen has an 8.56 ERA in his first 3 starts with Colorado and has allowed a .362 average the first time through the lineup. Arizona is averaging 5.0 runs in road games versus 4.3 at home.”
Rays @ Giants: Under 4.5 Runs (-150) in First 5 Innings [9:45 p.m. ET]
“The Rays bats have been struggling, and now they face Giants opener Ryan Walker (1.47 in L12 appearances) likely followed by Sean Manaea (0.77 ERA in L5). Meanwhile, Rays SP Tyler Glasnow has a 2.08 ERA in his last 7 starts.”

THE AGREEABLE ACE

Yankees @ Braves: Under 9 Runs (-110) [7:20 p.m. ET]
"The Braves have had a heavy schedule as of late. With Max Fried and Clarke Schmidt capable of pitching through multiple scoreless innings, 9 looks too big on the card."
Rangers Run Line -1.5 (+115) vs. Angels [8:05 p.m. ET]
"The Angels lineup has gone cold by averaging 3.5 runs in the last 12 games. Max Scherzer is on the mound with a new lease on life after escaping the Mets, and he's now throwing for one of the hottest teams in baseball."

ACTION REPORT

PointsBet Creative

We are officially less than a month away from the NFL regular season kicking off. To help speed ???? up things during the home stretch, we have our daily NFL betting reports. We’ll be highlighting the betting action for individual teams in four Hustles per week, sorting them out by division.

The NFC West is our eighth and final division, and we start it today with the Rams.

SUPER BOWL
Odds: Opened +4000 (T-12th), currently +8000 (T-25th)
Action: 0.7% tickets (24th), 0.4% handle (26th)

WIN TOTAL
Odds: 6.5 (Over +100, Under -125)
Action: OVER 61% tickets, UNDER 60% handle

DIVISION
Odds: Opened +250 (2nd), currently +1000 (3rd)
Action: 21.3% tickets (3rd), 10.3% handle (3rd)

PERUSING THE PLAYERS

???? There are 43 guys that have gotten at least one Defensive Player of the Year bet. Incredibly, three-time DPOY recipient Aaron Donald is not one of them ????. Donald’s odds for this market are +2000, and he’s the only player lower than +5000 to not receive a single DPOY wager.

???? Donald isn’t the only Rams star that hasn’t been getting much betting interest. Cooper Kupp opened at +1400 to win Offensive Player of the Year, which was only behind Justin Jefferson (+1000), Ja’Marr Chase (+1100) and Christian McCaffrey (+1200). Now Kupp is tied for the eighth-lowest OPOY odds at +2500 and ranks 26th in handle ???? at 0.4%.

WHAT WERE THE ODDS?

CRAZY COMEBACKS

This Illinois bettor had a nice cash on Miami's big comeback win over the Yankees on Sunday.

Yesterday was the first time since July 9, 2010 that there were multiple 4-run comebacks in the 9th inning or later ????. Which monster rally had longer live odds?

The Yankees were up 7-3 on the Marlins going into the bottom of the ninth, trying for their first road series win since taking 2 of 3 in Oakland back on June 29. Instead, Jake Burger’s ???? walk-off single capped a 5-run inning for Miami. The Marlins’ longest moneyline odds were +8000.

The Nationals one-upped their NL East rival by trailing the Athletics by five runs with two outs left. Washington was still down by three runs with one out remaining. After having live moneyline odds as long as +15000, Jeter Downs completed the miraculous ninth-inning comeback with a walk-off single.
