MANAGE YOUR BANKROLL
One of the most important steps in sports betting is setting up your bankroll and determining your unit size. You have to figure out how much money you’re willing to dedicate to sports betting, and make sure to never bet with money that you can’t afford to lose.
After you’ve figured out your bankroll, you then want to decide how much your average bet size will be. Ideally, a unit size will range from 1% to no more than 5% of your bankroll. Once you establish your unit size, make sure to stick to it when placing your bets and remember to never risk a huge percentage of your bankroll on just one bet.
