It is unlikely we see any key starters play significant reps tonight and bettors are gravitating toward the Eagles’ QB rotation of Marcus Mariota, rookie Tanner McKee and former Saints backup Ian Book versus Cleveland’s projected rotation of Joshua Dobbs, Kellen Mond and preseason standout Dorian Thompson-Robinson.”
